Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Hotel Accounting to lead the UK Centre of Excellence. You will guide day-to-day activities, drive strategy, and manage a team responsible for end-to-end hotel accounting, controls, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

You will influence senior management, oversee change programmes, and ensure robust service delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with third parties and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SOX compliant controls environment.
• Excellent technical accounting skills and solid understanding of accounting principles.

• Lead day-to-day Hotel Accounting activities for the UK Centre of Excellence.
• Manage month-end close, reporting, and SLA/OLA adherence.
• Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and audits.
• Drive change programmes and ensure seamless, customer-focused service.
