Matchtech Group is seeking a qualified accountant to join a fast-paced finance team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on accurate revenue reporting, month-end activities, reconciliations, controls, and financial reporting, with opportunities to contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

You will work to ensure data integrity, support audit requirements, and partner with finance and operational stakeholders to deliver reliable financial results.

Formación

• Strong month-end accounting experience.
• Good understanding of reconciliations, controls and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and post month-end journals.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules.
• Support revenue recognition and revenue-related accounting activities.
• Perform reconciliations across key revenue and payment streams.
• Assist with month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting.
• Support external audit requirements.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

This role offers a broad mix of financial accounting, reconciliations, controls, and reporting responsibilities, while also providing opportunities to support process improvements and finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and delivering confidence in reported results.
