You will provide expert financial advice to managers and stakeholders, interpret complex financial legislation and regulations, review and improve financial systems and procedures, and lead or contribute to project work and service improvement initiatives. You will also support the development of financial awareness across the organisation through the provision of advice, guidance and training.

As part of the role, you will lead and develop a small team, creating a positive and high-performing working environment that supports continuous improvement and excellent customer service. You will also provide management cover across the wider team when required.
