Ubico Limited is seeking a proactive Reuse Shop Operative for the new Reuse Shop at Hempsted Recycling Centre. The role focuses on identifying and recovering reusable items to reduce waste and support the circular economy, working with the team to give items a second life in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Identifying suitable reusable items brought to the recycling centre.
• Assisting visitors to separate and divert quality items for reuse.
• Working closely with site colleagues to recover items safely and efficiently.
• Sorting, handling, cleaning and preparing items for the Reuse Shop.
• Supporting stock movement between the recycling centre and the shop.
• Testing electrical items where required and following appropriate procedures.
