Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting a motivated Returns & Warehouse Operative in Basingstoke. You will manage customer returns, provide service over the phone, process returns, and support warehouse operations including picking, packing and stock control.

The role requires strong IT skills, technical aptitude, and clear communication with clients and colleagues. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in returns, warehouse, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and database usage.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Returns Processing: Receive, inspect, and process returned products; record return reasons; update systems; liaise with customers on returns, warranties, refunds, replacements; ensure timely handling.
• Customer Service: Communicate professionally via telephone and email; resolve orders, deliveries, returns, and product issues; provide technical support.
• Warehouse Operations: Pick and pack orders; receive stock deliveries; assist with stock control and warehouse organisation; ensure proper labeling and dispatch.
• Technical & IT: Use warehouse management systems and ERP; troubleshoot faults; maintain records; support process improvements.
