Job summary

Healthcare 21 in Basingstoke is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced team. You will handle the full range of warehouse duties including receipt, storage and dispatch of products, picking, packing and shipping orders, and ensuring accurate delivery schedules in coordination with Customer Service.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehousing, experience with a Warehouse Management System is desirable, and a forklift licence/Manual Handling training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience working with a Warehouse Management System is desirable.
• Forklift licence and Manual Handling training is desirable.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised and fast paced environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high-quality service.
• Strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.
• Good communication skills & team player.
• Have a flexible approach to work and be able to enthusiastically embrace change and new challenges
• Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail.
• Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and the business at all times.
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met.
