GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Returns Team Member for our Stafford site. You will handle the reverse logistics of multiple return categories, ensuring all movements are recorded in line with procedures.

This full-time role operates on rotating days from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, five days out of seven, in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Salary is £26,812.50 per year with 31 days annual leave plus benefits including pension, cycle-to-work, and onsite parking.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with warehouse management systems in a distribution operation.
• Strong data entry and PC skills; able to work accurately in a time-critical environment.
• Physically able to perform manual tasks and operate equipment as required.

Aufgaben

• Receive and audit inbound returns, including unloading and loading of trailers.
• Prepare stock for inter-site transfers and RTV collections.
• Monitor stock damages and report issues from TCs.
• Process returns such as Mints, Derange, QA and Overstock extras.
• Organise reverse pick aisles layout on a weekly basis.
