Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring for a full-time warehouse operative in the United Kingdom. You will receive, pick, pack and deliver stock, keep inventory accurate through cycle counts, and complete data input to support daily operations.

This is a rotating shift role from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday with occasional 5 from 7 requirements. The compensation includes £28,059.79 per year, a shift premium, 24 days leave plus bank holidays, pension, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock.
• Keep inventory accurate via cycle counts and stock checks.
• Complete data input and admin tasks to support daily operations.
• Work as part of a motivated team to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
