Job summary

IRD Recruitment is seeking a Returns Operative for our busy warehouse team in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. The role blends hands-on work with admin tasks and is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is physically fit.

You will handle returns, log paperwork, sort items for re-delivery or return to manufacturers, and assist with general warehouse duties. Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, with weekly pay.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Excellent attention to detail with paperwork and stock.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
