Job summary

IRD Recruitment is seeking a Returns Operative to join our busy warehouse team in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. You will handle returns from delivery drivers at the end of their shift and log paperwork accurately, ensuring correct documentation and tracking.

You will sort returned items for re-delivery or return to manufacturers, handle large items including white goods, and perform general warehouse tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Confident communicating with and managing drivers during returns.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

What we're looking for

• Excellent attention to detail with paperwork and stock
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently

What's on offer

• £14.50 per hour inc holiday pay
• Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday overtime available (minimum 1 Saturday every 4 weeks)
