Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust seeks an IPS Job Retention Specialist to autonomously manage a caseload and help service users return to work using the IPS model. You will collaborate with HPFT community mental health teams and Primary Care, delivering guidance on rights, adjustments and phased returns.

You will also support with termination applications and provide workplace support to promote inclusion and reduce stigma, with training offered for new roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
• Experience in IPS or employment support is desirable.
• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of service users to retain employment using IPS.
• Provide advice on employment rights, reasonable adjustments and phased return to work.
• Support with employment termination applications and workplace inclusion.
• Deliver the IPS approach and training as needed for service users.
• Develop relationships with employers and external agencies to source opportunities.
