Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an IPS Job Retention Specialist to help people with mental health challenges stay in work across North and East Hertfordshire. You will manage a caseload using the IPS model, working alongside community mental health teams and primary care to support employment retention and return to work.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• IPS trained or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering employment support.
• Experience working with adults with MH difficulties.
• Able to work within a mixed-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users to retain employment.
• Provide advice on employment rights and phased return to work.
• Develop relationships with employers and external agencies.
• Deliver IPS approach for those returning to work.
• Meet and exceed job outcome targets.
