Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an IPS Job Retention Specialist (ES) to autonomously manage a caseload of service users, enabling them to retain employment using the IPS model. You will work with HPFT community mental health teams and Primary Care to provide ongoing advice on employment rights and return-to-work plans.

Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
• Job Retention Training or equivalent experience.
• IPS trained or experience in IPS approaches is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of service users to enable them to retain employment using the IPS model.
• Provide advice on employment rights, reasonable adjustments and return-to-work plans.
• Support with employment termination applications and workplace adjustments for inclusion and reduced stigma.
• Develop relationships with service users, HPFT teams, primary care and external employers to source job opportunities.
• Meet and exceed job outcome targets for service users.
