Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator/Technical Advisor to lead in-house retrofit coordination across live projects from our Hertfordshire base, with travel to sites in London & the South East. You will ensure projects meet PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 standards, perform QA checks, and work with designers and contractors to embed energy-efficient measures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Retrofit Coordination across live projects in line with PAS 2035 and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with PAS 2035, PAS 2030, MCS requirements and Building Regulations.
• Carry out QA reviews of Retrofit Assessments, Retrofit Designs and coordination docs.
• Review project data and audit trails to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, designers and contractors to integrate retrofit measures into construction programmes.
• Identify and resolve technical and compliance issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct Retrofit Assessments on selected projects and recommend energy-efficiency measures.
• Support pre- and post-retrofit evaluations to assess performance of installed measures.
• Attend project reviews and provide advice on retrofit solutions and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with external auditors, industry bodies and stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with changes to retrofit standards, funding schemes, legislation and emerging technologies.

Retrofit Coordinator / Technical Advisor

We are working with a leading contractor within the social housing and property services sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Retrofit Coordinator / Technical Advisor to join their growing retrofit team.

The role will be based from the company’s Hertfordshire office, with approximately half of the working week involving travel to live projects across London, the South East and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator looking to take on a technically focused position, providing Retrofit Coordination, quality assurance and compliance support across a portfolio of live retrofit and energy efficiency projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering in-house Retrofit Coordination across live projects, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with PAS 2035 and relevant industry standards.
