As our business grows, we're seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Retrofit Coordinator to help drive project success and ensure full PAS 2035 compliance.

Details:

• Location: Office-based (North West)
• Salary: Up to £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
• Contract: Full-time, Permanent
• Requirement: Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects across the ECO framework.
2. Act as the key liaison among homeowners, landlords, assessors, designers, installers, and internal teams.
3. Review and approve Retrofit Assessment Reports, Retrofit Design Reports, and Medium-Term Improvement Plans.
4. Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with TrustMark and PAS 2035 standards.
5. Maintain detailed project records and ensure timely documentation submission.
6. Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
7. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to support project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (essential).
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2035, TrustMark, and ECO funding frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in domestic retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction is highly desirable.
