Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager (Retrofit) for a Fixed Term Contract. You will lead a small team delivering retrofit works across social housing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong focus on safety and quality.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate site teams, and contribute to bidding and procurement processes. A driving licence and PAS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing retrofit and planned works in social housing.
• Knowledge of PAS 2030 & 2035 and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Site Managers delivering retrofit works (solar, ventilation, loft insulation, windows/doors).
• Ensure contracts are completed to programme, within budget and with zero defects.
• Attend monthly client meetings to review performance and planning.
• Assist in estimates, bids, tenders and procurement programme development.
