Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager (Retrofit) for a fixed term contract based at the Basingstoke office, covering Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areas. You will lead a small team of Site Managers delivering retrofit works, including solar panels and insulation, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and safe.

Qualificações

• Experience with retrofit and planned works in social housing.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance on site.
• Proven ability to manage and develop site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams (inc. sub-contractors) as determined by individual contracts.
• Manage site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of individual contracts.
• Control individual contract progress, focusing completion within time frames and budget.
• Ensure all necessary contract documentation / reports are accurate and produced on time.
• Attend monthly client meetings to review performance and future planning of works
• Assist in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tenders and the development of the procurement programme.
• Assist in the presentation of the contract brief to the client
