Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Retrofit Consultant based in Coventry and surrounding home counties. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, offering a competitive salary with a 10% Car Allowance and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with clients on their decarbonisation journey.
2. Providing funding support and fostering client relationships.
3. Driving business development in social housing or local authority sectors.
4. Overseeing Retrofit Assessors delivering PAS2035 services nationwide.
5. Representing NetZero Collective at events and meetings.
6. Managing systems, databases, and quality processes.
7. Supporting team members as needed.
8. Serving as a Retrofit Coordinator from inception to evaluation.
9. Exhibiting expertise in building services, heating, and ventilation systems.
10. Demonstrating strong project management and organizational skills.
11. Traveling across the UK to client sites.

Desired experience includes:

1. Lived experience of retrofit works in domestic settings.
2. Understanding of the construction industry.
3. Experience with building energy modelling (SAP, PHPP, or similar).
4. DEA/Retrofit Assessor qualification.

Ideal candidate qualities:

1. Level 5 Diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
2. Accreditation as a Retrofit Coordinator.
3. Experience in construction or M&E management.
4. Proficiency with MS Office and Microsoft 365.
5. Full driving license and business-insured vehicle.
