Happy Energy Solutions Ltd are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Retrofit Business Development Officer to lead engagement with local authorities and social housing providers. This role plays a key part in driving forward energy efficiency initiatives and building strong partnerships that support the delivery of carbon-saving projects across communities.

Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for local authorities and social housing providers, promoting offerings like ECO funding, advising on funding and efficiency measures, developing partnerships, planning community events, coordinating project implementation, supporting funding applications, and producing outcome reports.

Qualifications and experience required include stakeholder engagement, understanding of carbon reduction schemes, strong communication skills, a full UK driving license, and experience in community engagement. Desirable qualifications include experience working with charities or knowledge of local government funding cycles.

Location: Hybrid, home-based within close proximity to London and the South East, with regular travel to meetings.
