Happy Energy Solutions Ltd is expanding its team and looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Retrofit Business Development Officer to lead engagement with local authorities and social housing providers. This role is key in driving energy efficiency initiatives and building partnerships that support carbon-saving projects across communities.

Responsibilities include acting as the main contact for local authorities and housing providers, promoting offerings like ECO funding, advising on funding and energy efficiency measures, developing partnerships, planning community events, coordinating project implementation, supporting funding applications, and producing outcome reports.

Qualifications include experience in stakeholder engagement, understanding of carbon reduction schemes, strong communication skills, a full UK driving license, and experience in community engagement. Desirable qualifications include experience working with charities and knowledge of local government frameworks.

Location: Hybrid, home-based within proximity to London and the South East, with regular travel to project sites.
