Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or domestic cleaning is preferred.
• Basic understanding of infection control and COSHH.
• Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, public areas and residents' properties to high cleaning standards.
• Operate vacuum cleaners, floor polishers and carpet shampooers.
• Empty bins and sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors.
• Clean carpets, upholstery, woodwork, windows and sills.
• Wash and launder residents' clothing and bedding for on-site residents.
• Report safety hazards and ensure Health and Safety and COSHH compliance.
