Job summary

Riverside Retirement Living is seeking a Retirement Living Assistant to be the first point of contact across Crescent Court Seaforth and St Oswalds Ct, Netherton, Liverpool. You will deliver a professional housing management service, maintaining records securely and supporting customers with tenancy issues.

You will assist with money advice, benefits, health & wellbeing referrals, safeguarding, and collaborate with partners to promote independent living while upholding confidentiality and safety

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with vulnerable and older people.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant daily PIR checks and respond to emergency calls on duty.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies and provide frontline tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits & health & wellbeing referrals.
• Ensure Riverside health and safety policy is implemented and maintain confidential records.
• Report repairs and coordinate with contractors to maintain a high standard of service.
• Travel between schemes to provide cover as required and promote independent living.
