Job summary

Riverside is hiring a Retirement Living Assistant to join our team in with duties across several sites in the Liverpool area. You will be the first point of contact, assisting residents, handling tenancy-related tasks, and supporting vulnerable customers with confidentiality and care.

We seek individuals with customer focus, excellent communication, and IT proficiency. The role includes on-site duties, safeguarding responsibilities, and occasional travel to other schemes as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with vulnerable and older people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant daily PIR checks and respond to emergencies.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies.
• Provide frontline tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits & health & wellbeing referrals.
• Ensure Riverside Health and Safety policies are followed and records kept securely.
• Report repairs and coordinate contractor works across schemes.
• Travel to other schemes within a reasonable distance as required.
