Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Retirement Living Assistant to support a housing management service across Crescent Court Seaforth and St Oswalds Ct, Netherton, Liverpool. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional and supportive service in a team, with duties including tenancy support, records management, and safeguarding.

The role requires experience with vulnerable/older people, excellent IT skills, and a flexible approach to work across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of working with vulnerable and older people.
• IT skills including Word and Excel; willingness to learn systems used in this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily Passive Infra-Red (PIR) checks and respond to emergencies.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies.
• Provide front line tenancy housing management support including money advice, benefits & health & wellbeing referrals.
• Ensure Riverside Health and Safety policy is implemented and customers are aware of security.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs and assist customers with reporting their own repairs.
