Job summary

Aon is seeking a UK Retirement Data Solutions Consultant to advise on pensions data cleanse projects and GMP reconciliation within the UK Retirement Data Solutions Team.

Hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and from one of our UK offices. You will lead client discussions, guide data strategy, and help improve processes while developing teammates and supporting broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience and subject matter expertise of data cleanse projects (e.g., GMP rectification, re-tranching, buy-in to buy-out data work).
• Strong communication skills with experience leading client meetings.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to own and deliver solutions.
• Ability to identify project risks/issues and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Good time-management skills to prioritise multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on data projects, such as GMP reconciliation and settlement-driven cleanse exercises.
• Consult with clients on projects to help them set strategy and make decisions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including client teams and other specialist teams.
• Oversee the implementation of cleanse strategies – determining the best approach and resolving issues.
• Develop others in the team.
• Lead or input into process improvement activities.
• Work with wider management to meet our business objectives.
