Job summary

Aon plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Solutions Modelling Consultant to create and amend complex Excel models supporting bulk pension data and calculation remediation projects.

This hybrid role, within Aon's UK Retirement business, involves delivering data cleansing, GMP rectification, benefit remediation, and system implementation while developing others and driving process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, with ability to create and amend models.
• Understanding of UK pension schemes with knowledge of member calculations and experience delivering bulk pension data or calculation projects.
• Experience in pension data transformation projects (GMP Rectification/Reconciliation, GMP Equalisation, Risk Settlement Data Cleanse, Benefit Remediation).
• Ability to identify project risks/issues and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate.
• Be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to own and deliver the best solutions for Aon.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with various teams and stakeholders.
• Strong time-management skills, able to prioritise and manage several projects.

Data Solutions Modelling Consultant

Do you have the skills needed to create and amend complex Excel models to support bulk pension data and calculation remediation projects?

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon's UK Retirement business. This is a team which brings together specialists from across our business to deliver project work for clients in areas such as data cleanse, benefit rectification, GMP rectification and system implementation.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our UK offices.

What the day will look like

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Proficiency in Excel, with ability to create and amend models.
