Job summary

Aon is seeking a UK Retirement Data Solutions Consultant to advise on pensions data cleanse projects and GMP reconciliation within the UK Retirement Data Solutions Team.

Hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually and from one of our UK offices. You will lead client discussions, guide data strategy, and help improve processes while developing teammates and supporting broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience and subject matter expertise of data cleanse projects (e.g., GMP rectification, re-tranching, buy-in to buy-out data work).
• Strong communication skills with experience leading client meetings.
• Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to own and deliver solutions.
• Ability to identify project risks/issues and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Good time-management skills to prioritise multiple projects.

Responsibilities

UK Retirement Data Solutions Consultant

Do you have the skills needed to advise on significant pensions data cleanse projects?

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Data Solutions Team, within Aon’s UK Retirement business.This team brings together specialists from across our business to deliver data project work for clients.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our UK offices.

What the day will look like

• Providing subject matter expertise on data projects, such as GMP reconciliation and settlement-driven cleanse exercises
• Consulting with clients on these projects, to help them set strategy and make decisions
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, including client teams and other specialist teams
• Overseeing the implementation of cleanse strategies – determining the best way of approaching these, ensuring they are running smoothly, and solving any problems that emerge
• Developing others in the team
• Leading or inputting into process improvement activities
• Working with wider management to meet our business objectives
