Job summary

Optical Express Group in Glasgow is seeking a Retentions Agent to join our on-site team. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £27,040 plus bonus and the chance to support patients with enquiries, objections, and flexible payment options.

You’ll build rapport, resolve concerns quickly, and contribute to a caring culture that recognises employee development and career progression.

Role: Retentions Agent

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: Glasgow, fully on-site

Salary: From £27,040plus bonus
