The Role:

As a Retentions Advisor, you'll be on the front line, speaking to customers who are thinking about leaving. Your job? Keep them on board.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-6pm
• Wednesday 9am-7pm
• Friday 9am-5pm
• 1 in every 3 Saturday 10am-2pm
