Role Profile

This is a high-volume outbound calling B2B sales role, focused on engaging with Clear Business's existing customers to renew their contracts and retain the products and services they supply. All activity must align with Clear Business's values and sales behaviors, maintaining a customer-centric approach.

What We Want You To Do

  • Outbound calls to Clear Business customers to retain and renew contracts.
  • Perform all activities within regulatory standards, GDPR, and quality policies.
  • Complete reports, system, and CRM updates accurately and promptly.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Clear Business’s products, systems, and processes.
  • Build strong working relationships across the company.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently achieve commercial targets.
  • Meet activity targets.
  • Operate within quality guidelines.
  • Achieve objectives set with the Customer Growth Sales Manager.
  • Receive high scores in customer satisfaction surveys and internal feedback.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of success in high-volume B2B sales, retentions, or customer service roles.
  • Experience negotiating product, price, and contract terms.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency with sales CRM and lead management systems.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Experience in IT, Utilities, or Service sectors preferred but not essential.
  • Located within commuting distance of the office.
