Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead a Retail & Wholesale client portfolio in Manchester. You will own P&L, drive growth, manage capital, and deliver strategic solutions across working capital, payments, cash management and trade.

You will also coordinate with Product, Risk and Coverage teams to sustain a high-performing franchise. You will engage with clients, industry bodies and investors, bringing market insights to risk and commercial decisions and building long-term

Qualifications

• Significant relationship banking and portfolio management experience.
• Experience across retail, wholesale, consumer or supply-chain sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Retail & Wholesale clients with P&L ownership.
• Develop and execute strategic client acquisition plans and pipeline management.
• Coordinate with Product, Risk and Coverage teams to deliver solutions.
• Represent Barclays with industry bodies and key stakeholders.
