Qualifications

• Experience building target operating models and sector propositions to drive go to market strategy.
• Significant relationship banking, corporate finance or commercial leadership with complex clients.
• Experience in one or more MTL sub-sectors and asset-intensive, internationally connected models.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth, portfolio profitability and high-quality client outcomes.
• Experience leading complex credit, investment, working-capital, trade or FX-led client solutions.
• Established external network across industry bodies, advisers, investors or centres of influence.

Responsibilities

• Own sector portfolio performance, including revenue growth, profitability and cost control.
• Develop and implement relationship management strategies and oversee team performance.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and external third-party services.
• Ensure alignment of relationship management risk with compliance functions.
• Monitor market research, trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Product, Risk and Coverage partners to mobilise opportunities.
• Represent Barclays externally with trade bodies and sector events.
