Job summary

SEPHORA UK is expanding across the UK and seeking a hands-on Visual Merchandising – Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end VMs for new store openings. You’ll coordinate design, construction handover, brand partner installations and store openings, working with Property, Retail and HQ teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong project planning, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel across the UK for delivery and store openings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering retail projects, open stores quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong budget oversight and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising delivery for new store openings across SEPHORA UK.
• Manage projects from design coordination to installation and opening.
• Create clear project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate fixtures and merchandising installations before openings.
• Prepare in-store merchandising materials and print assets.
• Manage external contractors, suppliers and shopfitting partners.
• Collaborate with brand partners on installation requirements.
• Own project budgets and ensure delivery within parameters.
• Coordinate with Property, Retail and HQ teams to align activity.
• Visit stores to oversee progress and support delivery.
• Lead project handovers, snagging and issue resolution.
• Assist Head of Visual Merchandising to standardise delivery.
