Job summary

TUI AG is seeking a Travel Advisor for our Walsall Superstore. You will help customers choose holidays, cruises and UK breaks, earning commissions while delivering excellent service in a busy retail environment.

You’ll work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays, and use your passion to create memorable holiday experiences that keep customers returning for more.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Capable of working towards sales targets and handling complaints.
