Job summary

TUI Group in Walsall is seeking a Travel Advisor to help customers select and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and extra products in our busy Superstore. You’ll turn enquiries into memorable experiences while meeting sales targets.

Expect a varied shift including weekends and bank holidays. You’ll receive system training and have opportunities for development within a diverse, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service orientation with a passion to go above and beyond.
• Strong drive to achieve goals and sales targets in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues while selling holidays, cruises and UK breaks.
• Exceed sales objectives; actively engage with customers to smash targets.
• Face-to-face and virtual engagement, embracing change and new systems.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints when plans don’t go as expected.
• Receive training on diverse systems to enhance product knowledge and sales.
