Job summary

TUI is seeking a Travel Advisor in our St Helens store to inspire customers and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products. You’ll be supported to become a destination expert, creating unforgettable experiences and putting customers at the heart of the business.

The role includes a varied shift pattern, weekends, bank holidays, and evenings at busy stores, with comprehensive benefits, commission, health and wellbeing support, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues to learn about holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and related products.
• Aim to exceed sales objectives; drive performance in a retail environment.
• Adapt to changes and meet the challenges of a customer-facing role, both face-to-face and virtually.
• Investigate and resolve questions or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receive training on systems to enhance product knowledge and recommend memorable holidays.
