Job summary

TUI in Penarth is seeking a Travel Advisor to help customers find and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products. You will learn to become a destination expert and support customers through the sales journey.

The role requires flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays; training on systems is provided; benefits include competitive hourly pay, commission, holiday discounts, health and pension schemes.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
