Job summary

TUI is seeking a Travel Advisor for our Penarth store. You’ll help customers plan and book holidays, cruises, and UK breaks while delivering exceptional service. You’ll be trained on systems to enhance knowledge and enable memorable holidays for our customers.

You’ll work alongside a friendly team with a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, and opportunities for commission-based rewards and career progression within TUI.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues to enjoy holidays and experiences; sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and related products.
• Exceed sales objectives with a proactive, customer-focused approach; support store targets.
• Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually, addressing questions and resolving complaints.
• Receive training on systems to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
• Support changes in processes and contribute to a positive store environment.
