Job summary

TUI is looking for a Travel Advisor for our Cardiff Queen Street store. You will help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and extra products, delivering memorable experiences with a customer-first mindset.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and evenings, with training on systems to enhance product knowledge and sales capability. Join us to grow with a supportive team at a leading holiday company.

• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.

You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.
