The role

As a large-scale technology customer transformation delivery lead, your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating cross-functional activities across business and technology teams for key releases into live environments.
• Leading significant work streams on large programmes or managing small to medium-sized programmes.
• Working through both business change and architecture activities with the technology delivery details.

This role is for you if:

• You have experience delivering technology transformation projects to retail clients.
• You possess proven Management Consulting experience within Business and Technology Architecture, Operating Model Design, and Data Integration.
• You are a capable team leader, comfortable managing teams of consultants, analysts, technologists, and third-party suppliers to develop detailed solutions, costs, timescales, and methods for delivery of technology solutions and change management.
• You have proven People leadership and Stakeholder Management skills, along with commercial acumen and change management experience.
• You have expert knowledge of digital trends and challenges across industries, gained through project experience, thought leadership contributions, articles, client recommendations, etc.
