Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague to help customers feel valued and excited about our products. You will greet shoppers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and provide friendly, practical support on the shop floor.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you will work with a supportive team, handle till tasks, and uphold high presentation and safety standards, with weekend and seasonal shifts as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
