Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and keep displays looking sharp. You will contribute to a positive shopping experience by engaging customers, replenishing stock, and supporting daily store operations.

In this role you’ll work as part of a friendly team, learn new skills, and adapt to busy periods including weekends and evenings. A positive attitude and a passion for helping people will help you thrive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
