Oliver Bonas is seeking Team Members to provide an outstanding customer experience across 18-hour shifts in our Southampton store. You’ll maintain product knowledge, communicate effectively with the team, and contribute to training sessions while upholding store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience delivering on service expectations.

• Follow operations, stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain clean and organized store areas, including back of house/stockroom.
• Support other stores when needed.
• Be aware of sales targets and store performance versus targets.
• Know store and company product best-sellers to drive sales growth.
