Job summary

Daylesford Organic, Pimlico, is seeking a Retail Team Member to join a beautifully curated organic store offering produce from the farm and a welcoming cafe. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge and support day-to-day store operations.

Salary is £13.15 per hour plus tronct, with full-time hours of 32–40 per week. The role emphasizes quality, sustainability and conscious living aligned with Daylesford values.

Qualifications

• Deliver genuine, attentive customer service and share product knowledge to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain beautifully presented retail spaces and keep shelves, displays and back-of-house areas clean and organised.
• Replenish stock and manage product rotation to ensure freshness and availability.
• Confidently operate tills and process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Retail Team Member at Daylesford Organic, Pimlico you will be part of a beautifully curated organic store offering fresh produce delivered daily from our farm, alongside a welcoming café serving seasonal dishes and food to go.

Working on the retail floor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, sharing your knowledge of our organic products and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. Through thoughtful service and attention to detail, you’ll help bring Daylesford’s commitment to quality, sustainability and conscious living to life for every customer.

SALARY: £13.15 plus tronc (Weekly Pay)

HOURS: Full time 32-40 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver genuine, attentive customer service, welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge and offering thoughtful recommendations to create a memorable customer experience.
• Maintain beautifully presented retail spaces, ensuring shelves, displays and back-of-house areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation.
• Replenish stock and manage product rotation, ensuring availability, freshness and quality at all times.
• Confidently operate tills and process transactions accurately, including payments, returns and exchanges, in line with cash handling procedures.
• Support visual merchandising through seasonal displays, promotions and storytelling that bring our products and brand values to life.
• Live and breathe our purpose by supporting positive social and environmental change, contributing to our journey as a certified B Corp.
• Inspire customers, suppliers and colleagues to live and work more consciously, helping create a lasting, positive impact.
