Daylesford Organic is seeking engaged Full-Time Restaurant Team Members to join our welcoming hospitality team. If you are fun, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll deliver attentive, engaging service as an ambassador for the Daylesford brand, handling payments and contributing to a memorable guest experience in a busy, weekend-inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Confident handling payments and operating tills.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with high standards of presentation and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, engaging service as an ambassador for the Daylesford brand.
• Assist guests and manage payments at the till.
• Contribute to a memorable guest experience in a busy setting.

About The Role

Ideally, you’ll have experience in a restaurant setting and bring a naturally warm, welcoming personality. As a Restaurant Team Member, you’ll be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand, delivering attentive, engaging service and helping create a memorable and uplifting experience for every guest.

Skills & Expertise

• Previous experience in a restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Confident handling payments and operating tills
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
• Knowledge or interest in organic, sustainable, or farm-to-table food
• Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or equivalent)
• Experience assisting with stock control or inventory management
