Job Description

We have Team Manager opportunities involving new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and leading teams to maintain excellent merchandising standards.

The Role

• Typically 4-5 shifts per week, Sunday to Thursday.
• Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
• Communicate progress and project completion with management.
• Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights, with a focus on nights.
• Manage shifts via our Field Power platform, setting availability and accepting shifts.
• Use your smartphone to clock in and out via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work at various retail sites, with travel as needed. Accommodation is provided when away from home.
• Perform stock removal and replacement, adjust shelf heights, and move stock using client systems and tools.
• Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or people management is required.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting are involved.
• Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights.
