Job Description

Are you interested in retail? Do you want to be involved in high-profile projects for leading UK grocery supermarkets and DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities working on new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to maintain excellent merchandising standards.

The Role

• Work 4-5 shifts per week, Sunday to Thursday, generally 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
• Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishment staff.
• Communicate progress and project completion with management.
• Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
• Use our Field Power platform to set availability and accept shifts via smartphone.
• Clock in and out using your smartphone through our RAS Dashboard.
• Work at various retail sites, with travel and accommodation provided when necessary.
• Carry out stock removal, replacement, shelf adjustments, and stock movement using client systems and equipment.
• Prioritize tasks, make decisions, and work independently.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
• Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
