Deputy Team Lead Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust

Join to apply for the Deputy Team Lead Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust role at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

This position is based in Barnet, providing community nursing services to Barnet CCG. The post holder will cover one of the permanent roles in the South of the Barnet locality, working closely with the locality manager, team leads, and other clinicians to develop the service and maintain relationships with both acute and community services.

Essential requirements: A current, clean driving license (less than 6 points) and access to your own car. Ability to use maps and SAT NAV to navigate to patients' homes. Please confirm in your supporting information that you have a car and a clean driving license.
