Responsibilities

• Oversee the functionality of a team by determining goals for each shift
• Provide guidance and instruction on how to approach tasks
• Lead by example and ensure daily completion of safe and legal records
• Act as duty manager in the absence of senior management
• Work cross-functionally to support other departments as needed
