Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Retail Team Leader to drive the day-to-day success of the store. You will lead and support your team to hit store targets, deliver excellent customer service, and keep shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.

You will assist with stock deliveries and backroom organisation, and act as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required. This role offers the opportunity to lead in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a thriving team.

• Experience in supervisory, team leader, or keyholder role in retail or hospitality.
• Friendly, confident, and able to lead by example.
• Strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-moving setting.
• Organised and able to take the lead when needed.
